Online bookings are charged 50% of the room rate plus tax at the time of the booking. For telephone or email bookings, we take a 50% deposit by credit card to reserve your room(s). This is a non-refundable deposit unless we book the night or nights upon your cancellation. If you have less than a three nights stay, we will charge the entire amount on the credit card given. If you choose to cancel this, 50% of the charge will be automatically refunded to you while the other 50% is non-refundable unless we rebook the night or nights.
